Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Three years of experience counseling or supervising adults in correctional settings.
• One year as a supervisor in correction/probation/security.
• Experience conducting investigations and evidentiary hearings.
• Knowledge of Smartphone/GPS monitoring procedures and related reports.
• Ability to interpret rules, maintain records, and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with MS Office and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accountability Specialists work schedule and monitor Smartphone/GPS pilot project.
• Coordinate with case managers to develop resident schedules complying with BOP/ACA guidelines.
• Coordinate site visits and ensure visits are appropriate and timely.
• Maintain monitoring inventory and document contacts weekly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and incident documentation.
• Conduct initial resident orientations and oversee compliance with ACA standards.
• Drive for residential and employment site visits as required, and attend meetings.
