Attic Projects is seeking a Quality Control Technician to verify restoration workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction. You will inspect customers' homes for quality, focusing on rodent-related issues, and serve as the first contact for service calls.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years rodent proof experience.
• Ability to work in confined spaces like attic and crawl spaces.
• Clean driving record within 5 years and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Experience in quality control/site inspections for residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Start work promptly at 7:00 AM and drive a company vehicle to 3–4 visits per day.
• Conduct detailed inspections of attics, crawl spaces, roofs and surrounding areas.
• Identify discrepancies or issues, focusing on rodent-related problems or quality concerns.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and ease frustrations.
• Document inspections, findings and resolutions for reporting and follow-up.
