Orkin is hiring for a field technician role focused on inspecting and installing pest prevention and home protection systems. You’ll perform attic and crawlspace work, including encapsulation and insulation, with light carpentry tasks and clear customer communication.

We value a strong work ethic, customer service, and the ability to work independently while managing daily schedules. A state pesticide license is provided via company training; PPE and safety gear are required.

Qualifications

• Construction/roofing/HVAC/maintenance background preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
