Job summary

The Pavilion at McLean Hospital, part of The McLean Hospital Corporation, is seeking a Community Residence Counselor (CRC) for the onsite program. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in patient care or related field preferred (1 year).
• Driver’s license Class D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision according to the treatment plan.
• Assist patients with appointments and daily activities.
• Document shift notes clearly and timely.
• Collaborate in rounds and team meetings; maintain professional boundaries.
• Maintain safety and monitor patient conditions.
