Job summary

McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA is seeking a Community Residence Counselor (CRC) to provide direct patient care within the Pavilion program. You will work under the Program Manager and participate in the therapeutic milieu designed for adults with psychiatric conditions.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; one year of patient care experience is desirable. Per Diem role with onsite work and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and Charge Nurse.
• Supervises community activities as needed.
• Maintains wakefulness while on duty.
• Assists patients in maintaining appointments.
• Completes clear, concise, and timely documentation and shift notes.
• Engages with patients to support daily routines and activities.
