Job summary

Rose Associates is seeking a highly motivated Residential Property Porter to join our team in New York City. You will contribute to resident satisfaction by performing routine maintenance, handling front desk duties as needed, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment throughout common areas and residential spaces.

Responsibilities include cleaning, landscaping upkeep, assisting with snow removal, handling waste and recycling, and coordinating with maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s aesthetic appeal and perform routine tasks daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Assist in snow and ice removal and manage rain mats for safe pathways.
• Collect and dispose of trash and follow recycling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and assist front desk/concierge as needed.
• Comply with workplace safety and OSHA regulations and be on-site to address building matters.
