Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s aesthetic and perform cleaning and detailing of common areas.
• Assist in snow and ice removal and ensure safe pathways.
• Collect and dispose of trash and support recycling procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on repairs and minor projects.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and assist with resident requests.
