Job summary

Rose Associates Inc. is seeking a motivated Residential Property Porter to join our Stamford, CT community. You will maintain common areas, assist residents, and coordinate with maintenance staff to keep the property clean and welcoming.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, are flexible with shifts, and can operate basic maintenance equipment. On-site work. OSHA-compliant and safety-conscious team member.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s aesthetic appeal and perform routine cleaning and detailing of common areas.
• Assist in snow and ice removal and manage rain mats for safe pathways.
• Collect and dispose of trash and ensure proper recycling.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for minor repairs and paint touch-ups.
• Clean vacant units to prepare for turnovers.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and assist front desk duties and package delivery.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Be on-site and move within the building to address matters with tenants, staff, vendors and visitors.
• Ascend/descend stairs and lift heavy objects >50 pounds.
• Adapt to varying environmental conditions.
