Job summary

Washington Property Company in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Residential Assistant Property Manager for the Solaire 7077 Woodmont community. You will work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure residents love their apartments and experiences.

You are second in command to the Property Manager, a leader who motivates, coaches and develops team members while managing rent collection, marketing, and occupancy goals to drive revenue and satisfaction across our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in residential property management with budget, revenue or P&L experience.
• Proven ability to solve problems and build relationships with diverse customers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with MRI property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
• Drive revenue through effective marketing and leasing initiatives.
• Support the Property Manager and lead the on-site team, coaching and developing staff.
• Ensure residents have a positive experience and high satisfaction.
