Diamante Apartments in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment community. You will lead leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, maintenance coordination and resident relations to ensure a positive living experience for all residents.

The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, customer-first mindset, and proficiency with property-management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in OneSite, Bluemoon and Knock software.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience in leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas daily and address any issues to maintain peak readiness.
• Walk property daily to ensure cleanliness, safety and condition of buildings and grounds.
• Maintain market/neighborhood information and develop marketing programs.
• Ensure market-ready units and maintain available units in ready condition.
• Process lease paperwork, show units, move-ins/outs, renewals and related tasks.
• Collect and deposit property income accurately and promptly.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff and manage performance.
• Approve invoices and manage accounts payable for the site.
