Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company is seeking a Residential Property Manager for Commonwealth Sr. in the Cedar Rapids area. You will manage multifamily communities, coach leasing staff, and safeguard high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding leasing teams toward promotions, reviewing leasing data for conversion gains, and collaborating with maintenance and marketing to drive cost savings and community growth. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
• Associate degree in business or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multifamily communities to ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Coach and promote Leasing Consultants when ready to Assistant Manager roles.
• Review leasing reports to maximize conversions and occupancy.
• Deescalate resident issues while maintaining a 5-star service standard.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams on cost-saving and community initiatives.
