Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation seeks a Residential Property Manager for the Brooks Edge portfolio in Camp Hill, PA. The role oversees leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and staff supervision to meet occupancy goals and ensure high resident satisfaction.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, prior multi-housing management experience, and knowledge of fair housing regulations. Corporate HQ coordination and HOA representation are also involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the multi-housing management industry
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
• Experience with fair housing regulations is required
• Experience with Yardi or other CRM software is highly preferred

• Ensures all rental inquiries are processed in a timely and professional manner
• Manages renewals to support resident retention
• Approves and signs leases
• Ensures timely processing of all payments due
• Oversees move-in/move-out inspections and dispositions
• Supervises maintenance staff and coordinates property upkeep
• Develops, executes and reports on annual budgets
• Represents the property in HOAs and attends meetings

• Supervise and communicate with Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure physical property is kept in good condition.
• Responsible for development, execution and reporting of annual budget(s) and monitoring expenditures closely.
• Represents TCC in any Home Owner’s Associations and attends meetings, etc.
• Coordinates resident events – planning, preparing, and executing them on a consistent and regular basis within budgeted guidelines.
• Completes annual training to ensure proper compliance with state and federal policies, fair housing, and continued educated for credentials and/or PA Real Estate License.
• Supervises office and maintenance staff by managing performance reviews, hiring, job development/training, discipline/terminations, overseeing payroll and time off requests.

Requirements

What we are looking for from you...

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED - College Degree is welcome, but not required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the multi-housing management industry
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and expense control
• Experience with fair housing regulations and legal proceedings is required
• Experience with Yardi or other CRM software is highly preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent computer and typing skills required
• Industry related credentials or Pennsylvania State Real Estate Sales Person License is welcome
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
