Triple Crown Corporation—an established property management, construction, and real estate services company in the Greater Harrisburg area—is seeking a Leasing Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective residents.

You will guide applicants through the rental process, provide outstanding customer service, and support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations at our Enclave team in Harrisburg, PA.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Experience in direct customer service is required.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred.
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat; excellent computer and typing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact for prospective residents and guide applicants through the rental process.
• Assist with events held at properties and marketing materials for rental homes.
• Present rental homes to prospects and maintain lease files.
• Collect and process monthly rent checks and deposits; provide resident follow up for retention.
• Perform move-in/move-out inspections as needed and submit maintenance service requests.

The Leasing Associate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the rental process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. We are looking to fill this position with our Enclave team in Harrisburg, PA.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Experience in direct customer service is required
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent computer and typing skills required
• Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
• Ability to professionally manage customer concerns, de-escalate difficult situations, and resolve conflicts efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience and strong professional relationships
