Job summary

Olen Living is seeking a skilled, full-time Property Manager for our multi-family community in Henderson, NV. You will lead a team, drive leasing, oversee maintenance, and manage all financial operations to maximize resident satisfaction and property performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of residential property management experience, strong knowledge of tenant and eviction laws, and proficiency with Office 365 and property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with property management software; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing process and sales strategies.
• Train and lead property management team.
• Monitor financial operations including budgeting and invoicing.
• Ensure property appearance through daily walkthroughs and timely action on deficiencies.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.
• Stay informed on market conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.

They are accountable for all aspects of their property’s operations, including financial performance, resident satisfaction and retention, and developing an engaged and productive team. They monitor a wide array of performance metrics, implement strategies to meet operational and leasing goals, analyze and respond to changing market conditions, and identify areas for improvement.
