The AVGI ORGANIZATION is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee residential properties and maximize occupancy and profitability. You will handle all aspects from advertising vacancies to leasing terms, while delivering exceptional tenant and owner satisfaction.

Responsibilities include showing properties, conducting open houses, screening applicants, processing payments, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies. A fast-paced team awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management
• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software preferred

• Hold open houses

• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Respond to tenant inquiries

• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
