Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Residential Property Manager located in Northern Virginia. The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including residents requests, vendor negotiations, and property maintenance. Additionally, the manager will address residents requests, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, communicate with Board Membe r and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Property Management and Leases
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience with property management software is a plus (Buildium)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
