Job summary

HallKeen Real Estate Management Inc. in Bourne, MA is seeking a Facilities & Property Maintenance Technician to oversee cleaning, appearance, and daily upkeep of three residential buildings while assisting the Maintenance Director with general maintenance tasks.

This full-time role offers $28.00 per hour and a $1,000 hiring bonus. You will travel between Bourne and Sandwich properties, handle on-call rotations, and perform winter snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and with residents.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and winter snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and custodial services across three buildings.
• Conduct daily property walks and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Assist residents with service requests and daily property needs.
• Assist Maintenance Director with minor repairs, painting, turnovers, fixtures, appliances, plumbing.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Travel between Bourne and Sandwich properties and respond to after-hours emergencies if assigned.
