Job summary

Cambridge Real Estate Services is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. On-site presence is required to meet daily business needs, with travel between sites as needed.

The role includes after-hours on-call shifts and a chance to contribute to asset preservation. The position offers a competitive wage of $26–$28 per hour, a 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 10%, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of maintenance experience.
• Property management maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers.
• Respond to ongoing maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service on a rotating basis.
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas, including parking lots and walkways.
• Attend company-sponsored training seminars.
• Perform other duties as required.
