Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions LLC is hiring a Real Estate Maintenance Technician in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves day-to-day curb appeal, maintenance, remodeling, and excellent customer service for current and prospective residents.

The position requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep. You will collaborate with the Property Manager and Leadership Team to maintain high standards and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, maintenance, and/or property management.
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete and coordinate customer maintenance requests (work orders) promptly and accurately.
• Foster and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Record time, materials, receipts, and expenses; document work performed.
• Perform building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general upkeep.
• Assist with apartment turnover, emergency response, and after-hours on-call duties.
• Report safety concerns and maintain compliance with policies.
