Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• 25 years of age or older for liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of properties.
• Ensure all properties are maintained and in acceptable condition.
• Stock and maintain Property Management shop area.
