Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar maintenance role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance of multiple apartment buildings.
• Perform technical repair and preventive maintenance.
• Repair/install appliances and maintain window screens/blinds.
• Prepare units for new residents and complete work orders promptly.
• Assist with property inspections and communicate professionally.

Skills

HVAC and boiler experience

Strong written and verbal communication

Basic computer/tablet skills

Ability to follow through and work efficiently
