Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies and schedule repairs per safety protocols.
• Perform general maintenance including landscaping, painting, carpentry, repair faulty equipment and maintain electrical systems.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure health and safety, support HVAC/ventilation/refrigeration systems.
• Aid in budget development and ensure adherence to budget.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems (CO2, fire protection) and schedule repairs.
• Conduct pest control activities such as spraying insecticide.
