Landmark Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. The role involves performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and assisting with preventative maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to exceed resident expectations. HVAC certification is preferred, and computer literacy is a plus for daily operations in a dynamic community

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Report time and attendance accurately.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Provide strong customer service to residents and staff.
• Be available for weekend and after-hours emergency calls when needed.
