Job summary

The Service Technician role at Wan Bridge Group LLC focuses on maintaining and repairing TBD properties in the Dallas area to ensure top condition and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, making homes market-ready, emergency responses, detailed documentation, and clear resident communication while following safety SOPs and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalence.
• Strong background in residential construction and remodeling in multiple trades.
• Must have a valid Texas driver''s license, valid insurance, and reliable work transportation.
• Experience with drywall and texturing, paint, and basic mechanicals (but not limited to): HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, roofing / ceiling leaks, Interior/exterior lights and fans, flooring, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors and locks.
• Knowledgeable of codes, municipal by-laws, inspection, estimating, and planning
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of proficiency with handheld smart device (iPad, etc.)
• Type II or Universal EPA certification required.
• General knowledge and experience of reading, writing, and evaluating project specifications and technical scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on TBD properties to maintain resident satisfaction and uphold quality standards.
• Respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and repair as needed.
• Notify TBD Service Coordinators if a repair cannot be completed or requires materials.
• Complete move out inspections and move in orientations; ensure homes are market-ready within budget and time.
• Provide immediate response to emergency maintenance calls during or after hours.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and hours worked.
• Communicate professionally with residents and support onsite teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.
