Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.

Demonstrated ability to create and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple repair and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support maintenance technicians serving a portfolio of condominium and residential properties.
Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and property-specific repair plans.
Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce failures.
Manage work orders, prioritize, assign, and monitor tasks.
