Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio of condominium and residential properties. You will supervise technicians, coordinate contractors, and manage preventive maintenance programs to keep systems safe, reliable, and fully operational.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while delivering high service

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance in residential/condo environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing maintenance problems and coordinating repairs.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Ability to create and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CINC or similar system.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across properties.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce failures.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Oversee renovation and improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Manage budgets, contractors, materials, and internal resources.
• Monitor contractor performance and quality.
• Maintain records of inspections and repairs.
• Communicate with residents, property managers, and vendors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with project requirements.
