Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking aResidential Property Inspector in Lodi, CA to work as an independent contractor. You will travel to properties to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior assessments, explain the process to homeowners, and capture required photos using our mobile app.

The role provides control over your schedule and allows you to work with other clients. Payments are made per completed inspection, with monthly disbursements and a typical workflow of 1 day per week.

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections

Residential Property Inspector – Lodi, CA – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Lodi, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 1 working day(s) per week / 4 days per month

• Availability : Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
