Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Inglewood, CA to perform residential property inspections, primarily exterior with occasional interior work. You’ll travel to properties, speak with homeowners, and capture photos/data via a mobile app.

Use a camera pole for roof photos when needed and schedule your own interior/high-value inspections. As a 1099 contractor, you control your own hours, work with other clients, and are responsible for your taxes and any insurance.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Inglewood, CA to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis

• Availability : Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
