Job summary

Real Property Management Southland is seeking a motivated Handyman to provide basic residential maintenance on the properties we manage. The role requires a broad range of handyman skills and a commitment to timely, quality work.

Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting, and yard care, with after-hours site visits as needed. Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience and be willing to be on-call 24/7; company van will be provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7
• Company van will be provided

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
