Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property in Phoenix. You will supervise on-site staff, manage vendors, and drive budgeted financial and occupancy targets while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires multifamily property management experience, leadership skills, and a strong grasp of leasing, rent collection, and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in multifamily property management.
• At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and compliance.
• Proficiency with social media platforms preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service orientation with residents and vendors.
• Valid driver's license (golf-cart use if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budgets.
• Analyze financial statements to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Maximize revenue by setting rents, collecting payments, and managing delinquencies.
• Approve and reconcile vendor invoices with budget coding.
• Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA.
• Develop leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
• Resolve resident service requests and communicate proactively.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Review service contracts, capital improvements, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide updates to owners/investors and conduct property tours.
• Maintain petty cash and perform daily bank deposits.
