Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential property management with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Ability to read a financial statement and act on variances.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage).
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, owners, and vendors.
• Flexible schedule including weekends during high-traffic leasing periods.

Responsibilities

• Own the property's operating budget and monitor income/expenses to meet NOI targets.
• Lead leasing and maintenance teams to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Review weekly/monthly reports and implement corrective actions.
• Manage delinquencies with plans and timely legal actions when needed.
• Prepare owner reports communicating performance and risks.
• Ensure lease documentation and move-in procedures comply with policy.
• Oversee resident experience and address escalated concerns.
• Maintain curb appeal and unit quality through inspections.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members per standards.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies.
