• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Maintain pleasant atmosphere and relations with residents.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Work with maintenance and contractors to ensure timely work orders and quality.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures within guidelines.
