• Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance across the property portfolio.
• Maintain interiors, exteriors, and site in clean and repaired condition per manufacturer guidance.
• Assist with landscape and irrigation system upkeep and related tasks.
• Participate in staff meetings and training programs; adhere to company policies and procedures.
