Omega Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the residential portfolio in Indianola, IA. You will perform general repairs and preventive maintenance across properties, ensuring interiors, exteriors, and sites are well‑maintained and safe.

The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience or formal training, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school is required.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current liability insurance coverage.
• Able to work full time.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance across the property portfolio.
• Maintain property interiors, exteriors, and site in clean, repaired condition using materials and equipment per manufacturer’s directions.
• Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems.
• Possess a neat, professional appearance and work in a team environment; communicate effectively and participate in trainings.
