You should be reliable, have a valid driver's license and transportation, and be able to work independently or with the team. The role emphasizes customer service and resident relations, with occasional training and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience or formal trade training.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance across the property portfolio.
• Maintain interiors, exteriors, and site cleanliness and repairs.
• Assist with landscape and irrigation systems.
• Follow manufacturer directions for maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer service toward residents.
