Job summary

Omega Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and preventive repairs across our residential portfolio in Peabody, KS. The role focuses on interior, exterior, and site upkeep, using manufacturer guidelines and working to improve property condition.

You will support landscape and irrigation projects, maintain a professional appearance, and participate in staff trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance coverage.
Ability to work full time.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property.
Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems.
Maintain a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance and wear company-approved attire with identification badge in sight.
Adhere to all policies and procedures, and be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.
Act as a customer-service oriented team member supporting good resident/tenant relations.
Work independently, direct others as required, and maintain zero-defect, timely completion of work.
