Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform appraisal work for ad valorem tax assessment purposes.
• Conduct field inspections and office-based appraisal activities, including outdoor work.
• Develop knowledge of District operations and the Texas Property Tax Code.
• Assist with data collection, property inspections, documentation, sketching, planning, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate appraisal records and meet travel/overtime requirements.
• Communicate professionally with property owners and the public.
