Bristol City Council is recruiting an experienced Project Surveyor to join our Planned Programmes Service within the Specialist Projects Team. You will manage a varied portfolio across housing stock, including major repairs, refurbishments and roof replacement programmes.

The role covers end-to-end delivery: preparing specifications and tender documents, procuring works, contract administration, budget monitoring and resident engagement.

Competenze

• Experience in residential property surveying.
• Strong project and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of construction, maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Experience preparing specifications and procurement documentation.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to construction.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
