Job summary

Birdwatch is seeking an on-site Project Manager in Loudoun County, VA to lead residential projects and oversee a range of home improvement initiatives. You will own projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring an exceptional homeowner experience throughout the process.

You will coordinate vendors and crews, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain thorough documentation while partnering with the Director of Projects to continually improve delivery.

• Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their project.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, inspections, permits, schedules, and materials.
• Keep projects moving on time and within budget.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners about progress.
• Ensure work meets Birdwatch quality standards.
• Identify issues early and work with others to resolve.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Partner with Director of Projects to improve delivery.
