Job summary

Birdwatch is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential projects in Loudoun County and surrounding DMV region. You will own projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating vendors, inspections, permits, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and homeowner satisfaction.

You will partner with the Director of Projects to continuously improve delivery and communication with homeowners and contractors, driving a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction or home improvement projects.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and contractors.
• Comfort using technology to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, inspections, permits, and schedules.
• Keep projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and change orders.
• Partner with Director of Projects to improve delivery.
