Job summary

Birdwatch is hiring a Project Manager to lead residential projects in Loudoun County, VA, with oversight across the greater DMV region. You\'ll manage mid-to-large scale renovations, while building trusted relationships with homeowners, vendors, and inspectors.

You\'ll own kickoff to completion, ensuring an exceptional homeowner experience, staying organized, and delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication with homeowners and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring a great homeowner experience.
• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, permits, schedules, and materials.
• Keep projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners about next steps.
• Ensure work meets Birdwatch quality standards.
• Identify issues early and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Partner with the Director of Projects to improve delivery.
