Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee pre-purchase diligence including scope bidding prior to property purchase.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with codes and specs.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to prevent delays.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
