Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative division seeks a Residential Supervisor in Bondurant, IA. You will supervise day-to-day activities for individuals receiving support, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure program delivery.

This role offers Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm, 40 hours weekly, with competitive pay and full benefits. CPR/First Aid, valid driver’s license required; bachelor's in Human Services preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required.
• 1–2 years’ supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support, including implementing programs and services.
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care.
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans.
