Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor in Davenport, IA. You will supervise a team, help implement Individual Service Plans, and support individuals with daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification per regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the team and individuals served.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while directly helping those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of ISP and assist with staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities: meals, medication administration, personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
