Job summary

Life’s WORC is seeking dedicated staff to provide protective oversight for residents with developmental disabilities in a 40-hour weekly schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 12p-8p). The role requires flexibility for additional shifts and a pay rate of $23.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include staffing supervision, supporting daily living activities, and participating in program planning and meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing protective oversight to people living in the residence.
• 24/7 On-Call accessibility.
• Assist with scheduling, personnel issues, and training of residential staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision of residential staff.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living.
• Complete staff performance evaluations.
• Be available to all staff for coaching and observation around Person Centered Supports.
• Drive agency vehicles and maintain safe driving practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the residence.
