Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative division seeks a supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities for individuals receiving services, ensuring programs are implemented, compliance with regulatory requirements, and proper record keeping.

The role coordinates scheduling, incident reporting, health and medication management, and staff orientation and training, with a focus on quality outcomes for clients served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities and ensures individuals receiving services are properly managed and cared for.
• Maintains census, occupancy, and utilization within programs and submits incident reports as appropriate.
• Fosters relations with case managers, referral agents, individuals served, families, and guardians.
• Implements individual service plans and supervises staff, including orientation and training.
• Ensures safety, health, medication management, and appropriate youth/individual support services.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and completes billing/compliance documentation as required.
