Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a single program, supervising Direct Support Professionals and ensuring quality services in residential or day programs. The role balances direct support with supervisory duties across shifts, fostering person-centered plans and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include health care coordination, documentation, and community engagement, with 8–16 flexible supervisory hours and additional direct support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older; working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support: supervise DSPs and shifts.
• Records: maintain accurate program records and billing data.
• Program Planning: assist in developing and monitoring individual plans.
• Team Meetings: participate in routine progress meetings.
• Compliance: support licensing compliance and safety standards.
• Census/Billing: review census and billing data for accuracy.
