Job summary

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) in Massachusetts seeks a Program Supervisor to assist the Program Manager in supervising the residential program and ensuring smooth shift operations.

The role includes direct care supervision of individuals, staff oversight, and implementation of treatment plans, with emphasis on records accuracy and regulatory compliance in a 40-hour week, on-site in Northborough.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in human services preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem solving and emergency response abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises daily programmatic functions including supervision/oversight of staff, upkeep of the residence and implementation of all aspects of individual treatment plans.
• Ensures that complete and appropriate individual records are maintained in accordance with funding source regulations and Community Strategies policies and procedures.
• Oversee the development and implementation of behavior plans, ISP objectives and all other aspects of residential programming.
• Participate in the training of all new employees.
• Manages program funds and supervises personal finances for all clients.
• Dispenses medications per MAP requirements as needed.
• Engages in the upkeep of the residence.
• Ensures adequate program coverage and supervision.
• Attend appropriate meetings as directed.
• Conduct physical restraints as needed.
• Extended standing, sitting and lifting as needed.
