Job summary

Weinberg Commons, a department of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, seeks a Full-Time Residential Manager to oversee a residential program and supervise DSP staff. The role ensures health, safety and wellbeing of individuals and compliance with DDD, DCA, and JFCS policies.

Responsibilities include staff onboarding and training, budgeting, and coordinating community activities. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred and a valid NJ driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or higher; plus at least one-year experience in residential services. Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree must be minimum of 3 years in residential with IDD.
• Associates degree can replace one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a residential program and maintain health, safety and wellbeing of individuals.
• Supervise a team of DSPs and ensure licensing compliance with DDD, DCA and JFCS policies.
• Attend to 24/7 on-call needs in collaboration with management.
