Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy.
• 60 college credits and experience with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Managers and conduct meetings.
• Respond to calls during off hours.
• Perform Residential Manager or DSP duties as needed and fill shifts when necessary.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the ID field.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
